First, it was a big week for the democratic national convention, and it took place with the biggest names, including Michelle Obama. The mainstream media and liberals fawned all over her speech. Next up, there were some significant changes in the actions taking place by the United States postal service. Finally, we have our vice president of AMAC action Andy Mangione to provide an update to AMAC members on a very important issue that involves social security.

Hi, I’m Ben Ferguson and welcome to your AMAC Weekly News. It was a big week for the democratic national convention, and it took place with the biggest names. The democratic party has to offer. One of those names was former first lady, Michelle Obama, and the mainstream media and liberals fawned all over her speech. The problem is the reality of her biggest hit on Donald Trump, actually involved a policy put in place by her husband, find out which policy that was and why the media looked the other way on purpose. Also, there were some big changes in the actions taking place by the United States postal service. Now, first there was an attempt to cut costs and now the postmaster general has suspended. Those changes after outcry over a possibility of a delivery, slow down to you. They also were claiming on the left that the election would not take place if it wasn’t for the us postal service, getting more money. So what is real? What is a lie what’s fear-mongering we’re going to explain it to you coming up in just a moment. And finally, we have our vice president of AMAC action, Andy Mangione here to provide an update to AMAC members on a very important issue that involves social security. If you’ve watched the news at all this week, you have probably seen the continuous attempts by liberals in the media to try and portray Joe Biden as a viable presidential nominee. Well, this week the democratic party had its very first, mostly virtual democratic national convention. Apart from a few so-called Republicans who spoke the majority of the convention involve liberals talking about Biden and pretending like he was the candidate. They all wanted all along throughout all of this one speech came to the forefront, the mainstream media fond over the speech given by former first lady, Michelle Obama on opening night during her speech, she called present Trump quote, the wrong president for our country. She criticized everything from the president’s response to the black lives matter protests to the administration’s treatment of migrant families at the border. Take a look at this

And they see what happens when that lack of empathy is ginned up into outright disdain. They see our leaders labeling fellow citizens, enemies of the state while emboldening torch, bearing white supremacists. They watch in horror. As children are torn from their families and thrown into cages and pepper spray and rubber bullets are used on peaceful protesters

Ben Ferguson:

For photo op. Now, what is funny and kind of ridiculous that the media did not question Michelle Obama on these statements is that the very same quote cages that she’s angry about were actually built and used in her own husband’s administration for the same purpose of holding migrant kids temporarily. In fact, president Trump actually suspended his zero tolerance enforcement policy because of the uproar of the American people. Guess what? Obama had no such change of heart after he built these cages and use it continuously throughout his entire presidency. Now, luckily president Donald Trump actually reacted to Michelle Obama’s speech. Of course the media said he was unhinged and his response to Michelle Obama. I’ll let you decide, take a look at Michelle Obama’s speech last night, where she said that you’re in over your head and the wrong president, she was over her head and frankly, she should have made the speech live, which she didn’t do.

Ben Ferguson:

She taped it. And it was not only taped to his tape a long time ago because she had the wrong deaths. She didn’t even mention the vice presidential candidate in the speech. And you know, she gets these fawning reviews. If you gave her a real review, it wouldn’t be so funny. I thought it was a very divisive speech, extremely divisive. No, I thought her speech was very divisive and frankly, I wouldn’t even be here if it weren’t for Barack Obama, was standing in the white house. I wouldn’t be in the white house except for Barack Obama because they did a bad job Biden and Obama. And if they did a good job, I wouldn’t be here. Now, president Donald Trump is absolutely right in what he just said, what we are witnessing in this country. What we’re watching is not just the extreme left of the democratic party, but actual literal socialists taking over the democratic party and its platform.

Ben Ferguson:

Even Bernie Sanders at the convention pointed out that ideas that are now considered mainstream in the democratic party were ones that used to be considered radical. Take a look. Our campaign ended several months ago, but our movement continues and is getting stronger every day. Many of the ideas we fought for that just a few years ago were considered radical on now, mainstream Bernie Sanders is a guy that’s always been honest about his socialist beliefs. And now we know that the democratic party has clearly been taken over by the socialist left. They put this in prime time at the democratic convention, let’s be clear about what they’re advocating for now. If we don’t stand up to actually fight against what they’re advocating for, they are going to take down this country as we know it, and we must stop it. Now, AMAC is here to make sure that your voice is heard in DC and around the country. But most importantly, AMAC is to make sure that you know, what is going on with the democratic party in the left so that we can get the word out to all Americans of what they’re actually now fighting for and what they’re all about. And it is to change this country.

Ben Ferguson:

There is a new political battleground. What is it? The United States postal service. You literally cannot make this up. Well, this all started because of the fight involving mail and voting for the 2020 presidential election. And there was a fake outrage from the left. As questions arose over whether the United States postal service could even handle all these votes coming in. Now, one of the biggest issues that the us postal service is facing is its costs for the last 13 years in the row. They’ve been losing billions of dollars every year. So they’re always looking for a crisis to get more money. Well, the us postal service, just back in 2019 and the annual report to Congress showed that in reality, it is nearly at the point of insolvency. This was pre COVID-19 and the fiscal year 2019, the postal service had a net loss of 8.8 billion and 11 billion in debt.

Ben Ferguson:

On top of that, what is even more interesting is that in 2017, a government investigation concluded that the United States postal service and properly coordinated with a postal workers, national union to actively support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Yes, the us postal service actually did this and still is expecting taxpayers that trust them and want to help them out when it comes to this election. Now on the bright side for the us postal service AOC, you know that crazy liberal on the left, she’s got a new quote, brilliant idea of how to revitalize and save the postal service. Now I got to let her use her own words, cause I honestly cannot give justice to the insanity of this idea. Here is AOC. This is a democratic leader telling you, she knows how we’re going to say the postal service for years to come take a look.

Hello everyone. I have been thinking about ways to help you help the post office. And I think I’ve got an idea and I’m interested in hearing your thoughts. So one of the best ways to support the post office is to buy stamps. What do you all think? Would you guys be down and excited? If I set up a national progressive pen pal program, um, do all the work of connecting you to somebody else we would offer maybe some conversation prompts or postcard prompts and even like a postcard format, you just send it out. Would you guys be down? Do you like that idea?

Ben Ferguson:

Well, I’m glad we figured that one out. Apparently. Now you need to get your pencils out some paper and start pen palling people. Now she has officially solved the crisis with this idea for a national progressive pen pal program. It’s even got an official name. It is literally the national progressive pen pal program, and that will boost the stamp sales and everything will be fine.

Ben Ferguson:

The us postal service postmaster general attempted to put for some cost cutting measures in case the pen pal plan doesn’t work out over the past week to try to literally say the us postal service. So instead of celebrating this liberals and the mainstream media accused him and the president of doing this in order to in pair mail in voting. So when the us postal service starts to fail, liberals are angry at president Trump. This is what we referred to is a fake crisis. Don’t forget the postal service for the last 13 years in a row every year has been losing billions of dollars. Now, when the postmaster general tries to save the ups, they’re now just saying no, no, no, no, you can’t save it. Mr. President, you’re actually trying to rig the election. That’s a new way to spin something. Isn’t it? The point is the laugh will do anything to try and get president Trump out of office.

Ben Ferguson:

That includes making a fake crisis at the us postal service. And one of the reasons why they’re doing this, everyone needs to understand is because the union voters are vitally important to Joe Biden’s campaign. If they can get these workers more money, they’re going to vote for Joe Biden, even if it means lying to the American people do accomplish this. The other issue is can you really trust the postal workers do not forget. In 2016, the us postal service union and the post office actually broke the law, supporting Hillary Clinton’s campaign. They allowed postal workers to take time off. And then the union paid them their salary to even phone bank and walk door to door canvassing neighborhoods for Hillary Clinton. At the end of the day, we’ve got to fight for Donald Trump. We have to make sure that we show up in the voting booth in November. And we have to make sure that when the left pulls a stunt like this, we call them out for what they’re trying to do. Divide this country.

Ben Ferguson:

Well, a democratic convention where the media fell in love with Michelle Obama is obviously what they want all of us to believe, but there were some problems with a lot of the things that she had to say. Joining me now to talk about that as Andy Mangione Senior Vice President AMAC action. And Andy, you saw Michelle Obama. She came after Donald Trump. The media loved it. Uh, they, they said it was the greatest thing ever, except there’s some problems with what she had to say. And I will give credit the associated press, actually fact check Michelle Obama’s words, uh, when she was attacking the president for separating families and throwing kids in the cages. And you, and I know the whole story, those cages, and this policy was implemented and literally built by her husband, Barack Obama. I was shocked. She went there, but I guess she knew the media was going to cover for

Andy Mangione:

Yeah. Then, you know, they, they know they’ve got covered by the mainstream media. And thank you for mentioning the AP fact check. At least they got something right. But the only thing missing from her talk was when she’s talking about president Trump, putting people in cages, what is the line just like my husband did. Uh, if they’re supported by the false narrative is continued and supported by the media, but there’s too many eyes and there’s too many sources watching this. And I’m glad that she got called out on it by the AP.

Ben Ferguson:

You look at the bias in the media and people say, well, show me proof. And you got to really think about this speech writers, go over this stuff. This wasn’t off the cuff comments. They deliberately chose to use this topic to attack Donald Trump. They all know that her husband built these cages, funded it and had the policy of separating these families. Exactly what Donald Trump continued now to Donald Trump’s credit. When there was national outcry over this, he actually stopped it. Something that Obama was not willing to do, but this really speaks, I think, to the arrogance of the democratic party right now, they believe genuinely that they can say and misrepresent and lie and do whatever they want to do. And no one is going to actually call them out for it.

Andy Mangione:

You know, Ben, you’re absolutely right. And to tag on to that, I think Americans are tired of being lied to Michelle. Obama goes out without a narrative. That’s been perpetuated over the years. She does get called out on it. But she has mostly covered from, from the mainstream media. This is something that, that is perpetuated and keep in mind that her statement on that first night, I believe all those statements were taped. So this was deliberate. This was not off the cuff. This was written, as you said, and this was a narrative that they wanted to perpetuate, even though they know that it’s false. Now, Ben, let me ask you a question. Have you ever seen a greater display of, out of touch politicians all gathered in one place?

Ben Ferguson:

No, it is not only that, but you see the Republicans that have kind of been kicked to the wayside and John Kasich. And I said that this week when case it comes out with this video, for example, and attacking Donald Trump, I was sitting there going Mark. My word, John Kasich will be in the cabinet of, uh, of, of Joe Biden. If he is elected, it is very clear and people should be paying attention to this. The re the Republicans they have, they’re just trying to get their next power job. And it is obvious that Cusick was rejected by conservative voters in the primary. When ran for president, he’s attacked Joe Biden saying, he’s a liar yet. Now he’s saying, okay, I’ll make this deal. I’ll come out and support you. And I’m telling you Mark my word. He is going to get a cabin position of Joe Biden wins.

Andy Mangione:

That’s a great observation because he’s totally trashed his Republican credentials he’s done in the Republican party. What else can he do?

Ben Ferguson:

Yeah. And now it’s going to be, make a deal. I want to switch gears real quick to something else. That is a very big tool for our members. Uh, and there’s been a lot of misinformation, a lot of fear mongering and scare tactics towards seniors on the issue of social security and the payroll tax break. The president wants to do. Let’s clear that up real quick, about what the president actually said he wants to do, and what this actually means for seniors.

Andy Mangione:

All the president wanted to do. Ben was temporarily suspend the payroll tax to give workers and employers a little bit more money during the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus. And the president has been viciously, attacked saying, he’s cutting Medicare. Now that sounds familiar as well as social security. But if you saw this press conference last week, you’d know that the president remains fully committed to continuing and strengthening both social security. And Medicare what’s clear is that he doesn’t like funding social security using the payroll tax. He’d rather see workers and employers keep more of their money, but he is interested in working with Congress to explore options other than taxing one’s income to pay for social security. And you know what we did, Ben, we pulled our members last week and more than 26,000 AMAC members either said they strongly supported president Trump’s directive or agree with it. As long as social security benefits were not subsequently made subject to the annual congressional budget process. So they’re open to alternatives.

Ben Ferguson:

It’s incredible news. Again, you guys have AMAC Action. This is why people’s membership and being a member of AMAC is so important because of the action side of things, which you’re doing.
